Slim and Attractive
Great value, attractive look and fits nicely in the kitchen. Hope I never have to use it but it is a great comfort having it now.
Every room needs one!!!
I literally bought my mom an extinguisher for every room in their house. It is great how they make one specifically designed for each area and its common fire sources - like grease in the kitchen and gasoline and oil in the garage. Very nice design and fairly stylish for the home so it is not such an eyesoar. I would recommend to everyone who cares about their home and family - in other words - everyone!!!

Kidde Fire Escape
I was disappointed when the fire escape arrived because it is a "use only once" item and it didn’t say that on the disciption. I bought it to practise on, and if I activate it to do so, I won’t be able to close it up again for another time or storage.

Good value for replacement
Needed to replace my old fire detector and carbon monoxide unit. Got rid of both and now one small unit that was easy to install. Battery easy to replace. Price was right on Amazon and got it in one day. Great service.
All homes should have at least two
Bought this to have an additional CO detector upstairs. So far, so good. If it works you can’t complain. I guess if it doesn’t work you can’t complain either.

The Kidde 900-0146 battery-operated carbon monoxide (CO) alarm uses the patented Nighthawk electrochemical CO sensor to help protect you and your family from the dangers of CO. Easy to install, the 900-0146’s backlit digital display shows CO levels in parts per million and updates every 15 seconds. When the unit is operating properly and hazardous CO levels are not detected, its green LED flashes every 30 seconds. In a CO emergency, the red LED pulses and an 85 db horn sounds at specific intervals until the CO threat is eliminated.
